When we ask for personal information, you will notice that there is a lock in the status bar of your browser indicating that you are connected to our server on a secure line. This means that information entered here can not be viewed or intercepted by unauthorized people as it is sent between your browser and our servers. We encrypt all information that you submit in ordering one of our products using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.

For returns just email us at customerservice@torrebigandtall.com with the order number, your name, email address, and item(s) in question with detailed reason for return. A customer service rep will email you back with a Return Authorization Number and detailed steps to return the item(s). Refunds are credited to the card used to place the original order only. Refunds are for the merchandise total, shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Yes. Orders made using a check or money order will ship when said check/money order has been received, and cleared with our bank. (usually 3-5 business days after receipt) Checks from overseas/other countries are not permitted.
Please be advised that all orders shipped via Express Shipping and have a total cost greater than $200 will require an adult signature for delivery.

Most orders ship within one business day. Orders in which the shipping address does not match the billing address are subject to verification. Please make sure to provide a number where you can be reached in person. In the event that a credit card is declined, we will try to contact you regarding payment. If you cannot be reached within 3 business days, your order will be cancelled. Once verification is complete the order will ship. Orders placed after 3:00PM Eastern Time ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
